Hi everyone. I'm struggling to find the better approach in order to automatically power on a virtual machine when another one vm is running out of resources ... this type of approach is called "autoscaling" or "elastic cloud". The better solution is to automatically deploy a new virtual machine, but for the moment it could be ok even just power on an Already existing vm.
In my research I've found the product Which could be used to accomplish this needs: vRealize Automation. My questions is: is there any other (cheaper / easyer) way to do just autoscaling only using vSphere (also with scripts, powershell ....)?
