What is the recommended way to pass the IP address of my backend server to my web client

Hi there,

I wanted to find out what was the recommended way to pass the IP address of my VM, that servers as my back-end server to the web client? My HTML bridge makes direct AJAX calls to this server. I need to pass in the ip address or the dns name to form my URL to make the AJAX call.
