How to set Disk.SchedNumReqOutstanding for a LUN via VMware VSphere SDK

The following KB article says about how to set the value of Disk.SchedNumReqOutstanding via cli.

Here is the command "esxcli storage core device list -d naa.xxx"

We want to set the value of Disk.SchedNumReqOutstanding via VMware VSphere Webservices SDK.  We looked at SCSI LUN and found that there are no properties at the LUN level. Can we know how to do this?
